Summary
For establishment grants in SFGS only Contracts, you must carry out the planting within 18 months of the date that you submit your claim for ground preparation and protection. For establishment grants in SFGS/Farmland Premium Contracts, you must carry out the planting within 12 months of the date that you submit your claim for ground preparation and protection. If you are unable to carry out the work in the year specified, you must inform us as soon as possible. In that event, we cannot guarantee to pay you the grant in the following claim year.
