After you have pressed the ‘Search’ button the results of your search will appear on a map with a list of cases below. Select the case you are interested in. You'll then be able to view:
- a map showing the location of the proposal
- application details
- key dates
- proposal details
For WCP and EIA case types, published documents can be viewed by selecting the ‘View documents’ button at the top of the case details.
For FPA and FGS case types you can view the case details and a map.
If a document you are interested in has not been published on the public register you can request this by contacting the local conservancy office.

If the case you are interested in is ‘Open for comment’ you can provide your feedback online by selecting the ‘submit comments’ button above the map.
At this point, in order to register your comment, you must consent that you are agreeing to Scottish Forestry using your data to contact you about case related matters.
You'll then be able to submit your contact details and any comments you have.
